L&rsquo;avantage des tuiles, c&rsquo;est que vous pouvez les \u00ab\u00a0customiser\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 votre convenance, en fonction du dessert qu&rsquo;elles accompagneront&#8230; Amandes, noisettes, praline concass\u00e9e, gru\u00e9 de cacao&#8230; Bref, une large palette s&rsquo;offre \u00e0 vous&#8230; Aujourd&rsquo;hui, j&rsquo;ai choisi de faire 2 versions : la premi\u00e8re, version classique, aux amandes effil\u00e9es, et la seconde avec des pistaches concass\u00e9es&#8230; Une version int\u00e9ressante question go\u00fbt et tr\u00e8s esth\u00e9tique. M\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs un \u00e0 un.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, ajouter la farine fluide ou tamis\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrir une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide de 2 petites cuill\u00e8res, former des petits tas bien espac\u00e9s les un des autres.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9taler les petits tas en disques fins et plats, avec le dos d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe.<\/li>\n<li>Parsemer les disques d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es ou de \u00a0toute autre garniture (noisettes, pistache&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner 4 \u00e0 5 minutes, en fonction de votre four, tout en surveillant.
