Sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, ce bon go\u00fbt, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9, de framboises&#8230; C&rsquo;est le dessert parfait pour finir un repas copieux tout en douceur!! Si si, croyez-moi&#8230; Vous aurez engloutis la derni\u00e8re cuiller\u00e9e avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;avoir pu dire \u00ab\u00a0miam\u00a0\u00bb!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/BAVAROIS-AUX-FRAMBOISES-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3016\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3016\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/BAVAROIS-AUX-FRAMBOISES-1.jpg\" alt=\"BAVAROIS AUX FRAMBOISES\" width=\"472\" height=\"706\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/BAVAROIS-AUX-FRAMBOISES-1.jpg 472w, http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/BAVAROIS-AUX-FRAMBOISES-1-201x300.jpg 201w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 472px) 100vw, 472px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS :<\/h1>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la cro\u00fbte<\/span> :<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>90 g de biscuits Mc Vitie&rsquo;s \u00e9miett\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>45\u00a0g de beurre fondu<\/li>\n<li>10 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la mousse<\/span> :<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>200 g de framboises<\/li>\n<li>75 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>le jus d&rsquo;1\/4 citron<\/li>\n<li>2,5 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me Fleurette<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantit\u00e9<\/span> :<\/strong><\/span> pour 6 bavarois de 7 cm de diam\u00e8tre<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temp\u00e9rature<\/span> :<\/span><\/strong> 175\u00b0C chaleur tournante<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temps de cuisson<\/span> :<\/span><\/strong> 10 minutes<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">RECETTE :<\/h1>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 175\u00b0C (chaleur tournante).<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer les biscuits \u00e9miett\u00e9s, le sucre et le beurre fondu.<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrir une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser\u00a06 cercles de 7 cm de \u2205 sur cette plaque.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir le\u00a0m\u00e9lange\u00a0biscuits\/beurre\/sucre dans les cercles et en tapisser le fond en tassant bien avec le dos d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re ou le fond d&rsquo;un verre.<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner et laisser cuire 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser compl\u00e8tement refroidir apr\u00e8s cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une assiette creuse remplie d&rsquo;eau froide , faire ramollir les feuilles de g\u00e9latine.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre les framboises dans un chinois, et les passer sous l&rsquo;eau. Bien \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n<li>Mixer les framboises, puis les passer au chinois, au dessus d&rsquo;une casserole, pour enlever toutes les graines.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le sucre et le jus de citron au coulis.<\/li>\n<li>Porter le coulis \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et retirer du feu.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les feuilles de g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9es, m\u00e9langer puis laisser refroidir, en m\u00e9langeant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque votre coulis a refroidi, monter la cr\u00e8me Fleurette en chantilly.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer d\u00e9licatement le coulis de framboise refroidi \u00e0 la chantilly, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule, type maryse.<\/li>\n<li>Chemiser les cercles d&rsquo;une bande en plastique pour un d\u00e9moulage plus facile.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre la mousse aux framboises dans une poche \u00e0 douille, et remplir les cercles, en vous arr\u00eatant \u00a0\u00e0 0,5 cm du bord.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 4\u00a0heures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/INFINI-BLOG.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2276\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/INFINI-BLOG.jpg\" alt=\"INFINI BLOG\" width=\"71\" height=\"49\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MA GA\u00cbLLE TOUCH&rsquo;<\/span> :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Au moment de servir, enlever tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licatement votre cercle \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie en poussant votre bavarois vers le haut (la base solide biscuit\u00e9 vous sera d&rsquo;une grande aide), puis, enlever d\u00e9licatement\u00a0la bande plastique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour les bandes \u00e0 chemiser, vous pouvez les trouver en vente, <span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><a style=\"color: #ef94ca;\" title=\"Bandes \u00e0 chemiser\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cuisinstore.com\/bande-a-chemiser-pour-cercle\">ici<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour \u00e9mietter vos biscuits, vous pouvez les mettre dans un <span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><a style=\"color: #ef94ca;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kitchenaid.fr\/catalogue\/petits-appareils-menagers-robots-menagers\/robot-menager-kitchenaid-de-3-1-l-5kfp1335-5kfp1335-wer\/produit-fr.htm\">food processor<\/a><\/span>&#8230;
