Pas celle que l&rsquo;on trouve en grandes surfaces et que nous proposent certaines marques&#8230; Des mousses trop l\u00e9g\u00e8res, sans r\u00e9elle texture, sans ce profond go\u00fbt de vrai et bon chocolat noir&#8230; \u00a0Alors si comme moi, vous fondez pour un carr\u00e9 de choooocolaaaaat, alors je vous invite \u00e0 tester ces petites mousses&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/MOUSSES-AU-CHOCOLAT.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3051\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/MOUSSES-AU-CHOCOLAT.jpg\" alt=\"MOUSSES AU CHOCOLAT\" width=\"472\" height=\"707\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/MOUSSES-AU-CHOCOLAT.jpg 472w, http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/MOUSSES-AU-CHOCOLAT-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 472px) 100vw, 472px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1>INGR\u00c9DIENTS :<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>170 g de chocolat noir 70%<\/li>\n<li>4 gros \u0153ufs frais (jaunes et blancs s\u00e9par\u00e9s)<\/li>\n<li>170 g de sucre en poudre + 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">170 g de beurre 1\/2 sel<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temps de cuisson<\/span>\u00a0:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>10 minutes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantit\u00e9<\/span>\u00a0:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>8 \u00e0 10 ramequins<\/p>\n<h1>RECETTE :<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un petit saladier plac\u00e9 au bain marie, faire fondre le chocolat avec le beurre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une fois le m\u00e9lange fondu et homog\u00e8ne, r\u00e9server et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, placer de l&rsquo;eau froide avec des gla\u00e7ons, puis, r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un second petit saladier plac\u00e9 au bain marie, mettre les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs, les 170 g de sucre et la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau, et monter le tout, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet \u00e9lectrique (si vous d\u00e9cidez d&rsquo;utiliser votre bras, alors&#8230; May the Force\u00a0be with you!!), en sabayon.\u00a0Arr\u00eater de battre lorsque les mouvements du fouet permettent de voir le fond du r\u00e9cipient.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une fois le sabayon pr\u00eat, placer le saladier dans le plat \u00e0 gratin rempli d&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e\u00a0afin qu&rsquo;il refroidisse plus vite.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque le sabayon a baiss\u00e9 en temp\u00e9rature, le m\u00e9langer au chocolat fondu de l&rsquo;\u00e9tape 1.
