Apr\u00e8s avoir fait quelques recherches&nbsp;sur le web, j&rsquo;ai&nbsp;\u00e9labor\u00e9 cette version, en prenant en compte les commentaires par-ci, par-l\u00e0 des internautes&#8230; Et je dois dire que j&rsquo;aime le r\u00e9sultat&#8230;&nbsp;Ils ressemblent assez&nbsp;aux \u00ab\u00a0vrais\u00a0\u00bb que j&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9&#8230; petits \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>2 sachets de sucre vanill\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>120 g d&rsquo;amandes enti\u00e8res (avec leur peau)<\/li>\n<li>1 petit jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf + 1,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau froide pour la dorure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temp\u00e9rature<\/span>&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;180\u00b0C (pas de chaleur tournante)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temps de cuisson<\/span>&nbsp;:<\/span>&nbsp;<\/strong>30&nbsp;minutes&nbsp;+ 5 minutes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantit\u00e9<\/span>&nbsp;:<\/span>&nbsp;<\/strong>une trentaine<\/p>\n<h1>RECETTE :<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (pas de chaleur tournante).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans&nbsp;le bol de votre robot, \u00e9quip\u00e9 du fouet, m\u00e9langer la farine, la poudre d&rsquo;amandes, le sucre, le sucre vanill\u00e9, la levure et le sel.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remplacer le fouet par le crochet.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajouter les 2&nbsp;\u0153ufs et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 vitesse moyenne jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d&rsquo;une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, baisser la vitesse et ajouter les amandes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arr\u00eater le robot, et terminer le p\u00e9trissage \u00e0 la main, afin d&rsquo;incorporer correctement les amandes \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recouvrir une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te en 2.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Former 2 boudins d&rsquo;environ 30 cm de long et les d\u00e9poser sur la plaque, en les espa\u00e7ant de 5 gros centim\u00e8tres.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aplatir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le dessus des boudins.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfourner et laisser cuire 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sortir votre plaque, et d\u00e9couper vos boudins en petits tron\u00e7ons d&rsquo;1,5 cm.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remettre&nbsp;ces petites tranches (sur l&rsquo;une de leurs faces) sur la plaque, et prolonger&nbsp;la cuisson pendant 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faire refroidir vos biscotti sur une grille.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/INFINI-BLOG.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2276\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2276\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/INFINI-BLOG.jpg\" alt=\"INFINI BLOG\" width=\"71\" height=\"49\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MA GA\u00cbLLE TOUCH&rsquo;<\/span>&nbsp;:<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;Pour d\u00e9couper mes biscotti entre les 2 cuissons, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 un couteau \u00e0 pain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La petite difficult\u00e9, lors de la d\u00e9coupe, ce sont les amandes qui peuvent&nbsp;r\u00e9sister&#8230;&nbsp;et les biscuits se cassent un peu&#8230; \u00c7a leur donne un vrai c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0homemade\u00a0\u00bb&#8230; Peut-\u00eatre qu&rsquo;en&nbsp;concassant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les&nbsp;amandes, on minimise le probl\u00e8me&#8230;
