M\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, ajouter la farine en pluie, puis m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te dans les empreintes de votre moule \u00e0 muffins.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfourner pour 6 \u00e0 7 minutes. 6 minutes, le c\u0153ur sera bien coulant, mais il faudra \u00eatre tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licat lors du d\u00e9moulage (d&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de bien graisser votre moule). 7 minutes, le c\u0153ur sera coulant, et le moelleux se tiendra un peu mieux. Personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re\u00a0les moules m\u00e9talliques aux moules en silicone. Pour le d\u00e9moulage, c&rsquo;est quand-m\u00eame beaucoup plus simple&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 servir comme \u00e7a, ou accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une boule de glace\u00a0ou de cr\u00e8me anglaise&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Petite astuce pour beurrer vos empreintes : 1) utiliser du beurre pommade et 2) utiliser un pinceau. Beurrez le fond en faisant des cercles, et pour les bords, beurrez du bas, vers le haut. C&rsquo;est la m\u00e9thode que l&rsquo;on utilise pour les moules \u00e0 souffl\u00e9s.
