Il y en avait 3 sortes : chocolat, myrtilles et amandes&#8230; Encore ti\u00e8des&#8230; Mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e9tant les 2 premiers&#8230; Ce que j&rsquo;aime particuli\u00e8rement avec ceux \u00e0 la myrtille, c&rsquo;est ce petit crumble \u00e0 la cannelle (le streseul) qu&rsquo;il y a sur le dessus&#8230; Ce petit go\u00fbt de cannelle, typiquement am\u00e9ricain et que j&rsquo;aime tant, lorsqu&rsquo;il est bien dos\u00e9&#8230; Si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas fan de cette \u00e9pice, omettez-la\u00a0et le tour sera jou\u00e9! Et pour ceux qui fr\u00e9quentent les Starbucks&#8230; il vous rappelleront ceux que vous achetez pour accompagner votre Tall Earl Grey ou votre Venti Caff\u00e8 Latte&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/MUFFINS-MYRTILLE-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2842\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/MUFFINS-MYRTILLE-1.jpg\" alt=\"MUFFINS MYRTILLE 1\" width=\"472\" height=\"708\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/MUFFINS-MYRTILLE-1.jpg 472w, http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/MUFFINS-MYRTILLE-1-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 472px) 100vw, 472px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1>INGR\u00c9DIENTS :<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>125\u00a0ml de lait ribot (buttermilk, lait ferment\u00e9&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0\u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>225\u00a0g de farine T.45<\/li>\n<li>100 g de cassonade<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 sachet de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>55\u00a0g de beurre froid<\/li>\n<li>125 g de myrtilles fra\u00eeches<\/li>\n<li>le zeste d&rsquo;1\/2 citron<\/li>\n<li>15\u00a0g de beurre fondu<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle en poudre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temp\u00e9rature<\/span>\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>180\u00b0C (chaleur tournante)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temps de cuisson<\/span>\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>20 min<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantit\u00e9<\/span> :<\/span><\/strong> 10 muffins<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>RECETTE :<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un bol, battre grossi\u00e8rement\u00a0l&rsquo;\u0153uf avant de l&rsquo;incorporer au lait ribot.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans le bol de votre robot\u00a0\u00e9quip\u00e9 du fouet,\u00a0m\u00e9langer la farine, le sucre, le sel, la levure et le beurre coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne sableux.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e9lever 75 g\u00a0de ce m\u00e9lange que l&rsquo;on utilisera pour\u00a0le streusel.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remplacer le fouet par la feuille, puis\u00a0incorporer le m\u00e9lange lait ribot-\u0153uf au m\u00e9lange farine-beurre-sucre.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ne pas trop travailler\u00a0votre p\u00e2te pour garder un muffin moelleux \u00e0 la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajouter\u00a0les myrtilles et le zeste de citron \u00e0 la p\u00e2te, et m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement pour ne pas casser vos myrtilles.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beurrer \u00a0et fariner les empreintes de 2 moules \u00e0 muffins, ou d\u00e9poser des caissettes en papier dans les empreintes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verser la p\u00e2te aux 2\/3 de chaque empreinte.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e9parer votre streusel. Pour cela, ajouter 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle en poudre et 15\u00a0g de beurre fondu aux 75 g de m\u00e9lange farine-beurre-sucre que vous aviez r\u00e9serv\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9langer\u00a0avec une fourchette (si votre m\u00e9lange n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas assez friable, ajouter un peu de cassonade).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">R\u00e9partir le streusel sur les muffins.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfourner et faire cuire pendant 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/INFINI-BLOG.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2276\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/INFINI-BLOG.jpg\" alt=\"INFINI BLOG\" width=\"71\" height=\"49\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MA GA\u00cbLLE TOUCH&rsquo;<\/span> :<\/span><\/strong> Si la p\u00e2te vous semble trop \u00e9paisse, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 rajouter 2 ou 3 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de lait ribot.
