Vous allez faire des heureux, alors vite, en cuisine!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PROFITEROLES1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2772\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PROFITEROLES1.jpg\" alt=\"PROFITEROLES\" width=\"472\" height=\"704\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PROFITEROLES1.jpg 472w, http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/PROFITEROLES1-201x300.jpg 201w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 472px) 100vw, 472px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS :<\/h1>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la p\u00e2te \u00e0 choux<\/span>\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>60 ml de lait<\/li>\n<li>50 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>75 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>60 g de beurre doux, coup\u00e9 en cubes<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;extrait de vanille<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la sauce au chocolat<\/span>\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>100 g d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>100\u00a0g de\u00a0cr\u00e8me fleurette<\/li>\n<li>20 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>25 g de beurre doux<\/li>\n<li>180 g de chocolat \u00e0 70% de cacao<\/li>\n<li>1 g de sel de Gu\u00e9rande<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour le montage<\/span>\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>De la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e\u00a0\u00e0 la vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Tem<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">p\u00e9ratur<\/span>e<\/span>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0200\u00b0C puis 180\u00b0C (pas de chaleur tournante)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temps de cuisson<\/span>\u00a0:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>10 min puis 20\/25 minutes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantit\u00e9<\/span>\u00a0:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>Une vingtaine<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">ghsgfhgfhg<\/span><\/h4>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">RECETTE :<\/h1>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PR\u00c9PARER LA P\u00c2TE \u00c0 CHOUX<\/span> :<\/h4>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 200\u00b0C (pas de chaleur tournante).<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrir une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, porter le lait, l&rsquo;eau, le sucre, le sel, l&rsquo;extrait de vanille et le beurre \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9bullition, ajouter la farine en une seule fois, hors du feu, et m\u00e9langer, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re en bois, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 formation d&rsquo;une boule de p\u00e2te, qui se d\u00e9tache des parois de la casserole.<\/li>\n<li>Toujours hors du feu, incorporer le premier oeuf et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sa compl\u00e8te incorporation.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, ajouter le 2\u00e8me oeuf, et m\u00e9langer de nouveau, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sa compl\u00e8te incorporation.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9barrasser votre p\u00e2te dans une poche \u00e0 douille, munie d\u2019une douille lisse d&rsquo;1 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser des petits tas espac\u00e9s sur votre plaque de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner pour 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois ce temps \u00e9coul\u00e9, baisser la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 180\u00b0C (pas de chaleur tournante) et prolonger la cuisson de 20 \u00e0 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Vos petits choux doivent \u00eatre dor\u00e9s et suffisamment durs pour se tenir.<\/li>\n<li>Les laisser refroidir sur une grille.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PR\u00c9PARER LA SAUCE AU CHOCOLAT<\/span> :<\/h4>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dans un saladier, placer les pistoles de chocolat (ou votre chocolat cass\u00e9 en morceaux).<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, mettre l&rsquo;eau, la cr\u00e8me, le sucre et le beurre et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition, verser le m\u00e9lange sur le chocolat et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que votre chocolat soit parfaitement fondu.
