Puis m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Tamiser la farine sur le m\u00e9lange et l&rsquo;incorporer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n<li>Verser le beurre fondu et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, ajouter les graines de pavot, le jus et les zestes de citron. M\u00e9langer de nouveau. La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre un film plastique sur le saladier et laisser reposer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 madeleines, 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s le temps de repos, pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 220\u00b0C (pas de chaleur tournante).<\/li>\n<li>Beurrer vos moules \u00e0 madeleines.\u00a0Si vous avez des moules en silicone, cette \u00e9tape n&rsquo;est donc pas n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<li>Remplir aux 2\/3 vos empreintes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe.<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner \u00e0 220\u00b0C pendant 4 minutes, puis baisser la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 180\u00b0C et prolonger la cuisson de 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9mouler vos madeleines et les laisser refroidir sur une grille.<\/li>\n<li>Renouveler l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement de votre p\u00e2te, sans oublier de r\u00e9-augmenter la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 220\u00b0C entre chaque fourn\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un petit bol, pr\u00e9parer votre gla\u00e7age. M\u00e9langer du sucre glace et du jus de citron afin d&rsquo;obtenir une p\u00e2te assez onctueuse.<\/li>\n<li>En r\u00e9partir un peu sur chacune de vos madeleines pour une petite touche acidul\u00e9e.
