Moi, j\u2019ai adopt\u00e9 celle des Petites Cr\u00e8mes Renvers\u00e9es au Caramel&#8230; J\u2019en fait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et j\u2019ai tendance \u00e0 les manger par 2 car je trouve qu\u2019elles ont un go\u00fbt de trop peu&#8230; La texture est parfaite! Elles sont fondantes \u00e0 souhait!! R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans une casserole, chauffer le lait avec la cr\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer vigoureusement les \u0153ufs, les jaunes \u0153ufs et le sucre.\u00a0Ajouter la vanille.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajouter le m\u00e9lange lait\/cr\u00e8me sur le m\u00e9lange \u0153ufs\/sucre, tout en m\u00e9langeant.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans les ramequins et les placer au\u00a0bain-marie avec de l&rsquo;eau chaude, dans un grand plat \u00e0 gratin.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfourner pendant 35 minutes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, puis placer les ramequins au moins 4 heures au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/INFINI-BLOG.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2276\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/INFINI-BLOG.jpg\" alt=\"INFINI BLOG\" width=\"71\" height=\"49\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MA GA\u00cbLLE TOUCH\u2019<\/span> :<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Pour d\u00e9mouler facilement les cr\u00e8mes, utiliser des ramequins jetables en aluminium, passer une lame fine de couteau sur tout le pourtour de la cr\u00e8me, renverser la cr\u00e8me sur une assiette et entailler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le dessus du ramequin pour faire un appel d\u2019air.<\/p>\n<div>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholder<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Et l\u00e0 je dis : \u00ab Merci Isa \u00bb!!
