Attention \u00e0 bien les surveiller, car \u00e7a peut griller tr\u00e8s (trop\u2026) vite!<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide de papier aluminium \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9sistant\u00a0\u00bb, chemiser\u00a0un moule carr\u00e9 de 21\u00a0cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9s (et haut de 2 cm au moins).<\/li>\n<li>Mettre un peu d\u2019huile sur un copain, et graisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement votre papier d\u2019aluminium.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une grande casserole, mettre le beurre, le sucre, l\u2019eau et le sel.<\/li>\n<li>Faire cuir \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature atteigne 150\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Remuer de temps en temps. Attention, \u00e0 partir de 140\u00b0C la temp\u00e9rature peut monter tr\u00e8s vite.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque le m\u00e9lange devient dor\u00e9 fonc\u00e9, enlever imm\u00e9diatement la casserole du feu.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l\u2019extrait de vanille (attention aux possibles petites \u00e9claboussures), m\u00e9langer et verser le caramel dans votre\u00a0plat.<\/li>\n<li>Le caramel va s\u2019\u00e9taler, mais ne va pas forc\u00e9ment rejoindre les bords du moule.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 45 minutes environ, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le caramel ait durcit.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque le caramel a durcit, faire fondre le chocolat au bain marie, puis le verser par dessus le toffee.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir les cacahu\u00e8te hach\u00e9es et grill\u00e9es sur le dessus du chocolat. Exercer une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression dessus pour que celles-ci accrochent bien.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le chocolat ait durcit.<\/li>\n<li>Casser\u00a0le toffee en morceaux de diff\u00e9rentes tailles en fonction de vos envies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a une boite, pendant 1 mois.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates allergique aux arachides, ou m\u00eame par simple go\u00fbt, rien ne vous emp\u00eache de remplacer les cacahu\u00e8tes par des noix de P\u00e9can, des amandes\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pour les cacahu\u00e8tes, j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 celles de\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><a style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"
