C\u2019est pour cela que j\u2019ai intitul\u00e9 la recette \u00ab Mendiants \u00e0 ma fa\u00e7on \u00bb&#8230; Bref, pourquoi appelle-t\u2019on ces petites friandises des \u00a0\u00ab mendiants \u00bb? Et bien parce qu\u2019au Moyen Age, on d\u00e9signait les fruits secs sous le nom de mendiants, qui rappelaient la couleur des robes des moines des diff\u00e9rents ordres pr\u00eacheurs que l\u2019on trouvait \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque&#8230; Bon, \u00e7a, c\u2019\u00e9tait la minute culturelle. Revenons \u00e0 nos Mendiants&#8230; Je pense que le secret d\u2019un bon Mendiant, n\u2019est pas trop ce que l\u2019on met dessus, finalement, mais qu\u2019il r\u00e9sulte de la qualit\u00e9 de votre chocolat choisi \u00e0 la base&#8230;
