Malheureusement, il est tr\u00e8s difficile, lorsque l&rsquo;on habite en France, de s&rsquo;en procurer sur internet. Alors, il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;une solution : en faire des maison! Et puis, qu&rsquo;est-ce que c&rsquo;est bon!! Nature, enrob\u00e9 de chocolat ou travaill\u00e9 dans une recette&#8230; Un vrai r\u00e9gal pour les papilles!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/PRESENTATION-CARAMELS.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1822\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/PRESENTATION-CARAMELS.jpg\" alt=\"PRESENTATION CARAMELS\" width=\"601\" height=\"895\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS :<\/h1>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1 petite bo\u00eete de lait concentr\u00e9 sucr\u00e9 (397 g)<\/li>\n<li>240 g de beurre doux<\/li>\n<li>450 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>486 g (355 ml) de Light\u00a0Corn Syrup (sirop de ma\u00efs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantit\u00e9<\/span> :<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0pour un plat rectangulaire de 30 x 21 cm<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">RECETTE :<\/h1>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Graisser et recouvrir de papier sulfuris\u00e9, un plat rectangulaire de\u00a030 x 21 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n<li>Plonger la sonde d&rsquo;un thermom\u00e8tre de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer et faire cuire, sur feu moyen \u00e0 fort, en m\u00e9langeant constamment, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange atteigne 115\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque le m\u00e9lange a atteint la bonne temp\u00e9rature, verser le m\u00e9lange dans votre plat rectangulaire.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement, puis sortir votre plaque de caramel du moule.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9couper de petits carr\u00e9s et les emballer dans du papier cir\u00e9 ou dans du papier transparent.<\/li>\n<li>Les conserver dans une boite, plac\u00e9e au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 semaines.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MA GA\u00cbLLE TOUCH&rsquo;<\/span> :<\/span><\/strong> Je sais, il faut encore un ingr\u00e9dient \u00ab\u00a0sp\u00e9cial\u00a0\u00bb que l&rsquo;on ne trouve pas en France. Du sirop de ma\u00efs. Mais celui-ci, vous le trouverez facilement sur le net, comme sur <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.myamericanmarket.com\/fr\/accueil\/casher\/karo-light-corn-syrup-sirop-de-glucose-clair\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca; text-decoration: underline;\">ce site<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span> par exemple.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si vraiment vous ne voulez pas utiliser le sirop de ma\u00efs (Light Corn Syrup), vous pouvez le substituer par du sirop de glucose, que vous pourrez trouver <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cook-shop.fr\/epicerie\/946-glucose-wilton-070896370136.html\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca; text-decoration: underline;\">ici<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span> par exemple.
