Bref, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait LE jour pour tester cette recette que j&rsquo;avais rep\u00e9r\u00e9 dans Femme Actuelle&#8230; Un petit dessert en toute simplicit\u00e9, au bon go\u00fbt de fraises et qui sera parfait cet \u00e9t\u00e9 (enfin&#8230; si on en a un&#8230;) pour terminer un repas en toute l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/PRESNTATION-GRANITE.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2232\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/PRESNTATION-GRANITE.jpg\" alt=\"PRESNTATION GRANITE\" width=\"602\" height=\"901\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/PRESNTATION-GRANITE.jpg 602w, http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/PRESNTATION-GRANITE-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS :<\/h1>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour le granit\u00e9<\/span> :<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 15px;\">450 g de fraises Gariguettes (mais pas forc\u00e9ment&#8230;)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>80 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour les chips de fraises<\/span> :<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 15px;\">150 de fraises Gariguettes (assez grosses)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 petit blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>50 g de sucre glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temp\u00e9rature<\/span> : <\/strong><\/span>80\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temps de cuisson<\/span> : <\/strong><\/span>1h30<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantit\u00e9<\/span> : <\/strong><\/span>pour 4 pers<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">RECETTE :<\/h1>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer le granit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 15px;\">Rincer les fraises (450 g), les essuyer et les\u00a0\u00e9queuter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Les couper en morceaux et les mixer avec le sucre en poudre.<\/li>\n<li>Verser le coulis dans un plat peu profond.<\/li>\n<li>Placer le plat au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 40 minutes environ.<\/li>\n<li>Gratter les cristaux de glace sur les bords \u00e0 la fourchette.<\/li>\n<li>Graniter encore 2 fois \u00e0 la fourchette, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;ensemble soit pris en paillettes de glace. Il faut compter environ 3 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer les chips de fraises.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 80\u00b0C (chaleur tournante).<\/li>\n<li>Rincer les fraises restantes (150 g), les essuyer et les\u00a0\u00e9queuter.<\/li>\n<li>Couper les fraises en lamelles de 2 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur (la mandoline est id\u00e9ale, mais attention aux doigts!).<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrir une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9, et \u00e9parpiller les lamelles de fraises dessus.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un ramequin, m\u00e9langer le blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf et le sucre glace, et badigeonner, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau, chacune des lamelles de fraises.<\/li>\n<li>Enfourner pendant 1h30, puis laisser refroidir dans le four \u00e9teint. Les chips vont durcir en refroidissant.<\/li>\n<li>Au moment de servir, les d\u00e9coller d\u00e9licatement.<\/li>\n<li>Servir le granit\u00e9 dans des verrines et d\u00e9corer avec les chips de fraises.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MA GA\u00cbLLE TOUCH&rsquo;<\/span><\/strong><\/span> : <\/span>Il est possible de pr\u00e9parer les chips de fraises la veille. Faites-les refroidir dans le four toute la nuit et d\u00e9collez-les le lendemain matin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une petite technique pour les d\u00e9coller plus facilement, c&rsquo;est de d\u00e9couper le papier sulfuris\u00e9 tout autour de la chips de fraise, pour pouvoir tirer plus facilement (mais tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licatement) sur le papier sulfuris\u00e9 coll\u00e9 \u00e0 la fraise.
