Une recette qui sente bon le soleil&#8230; Je vous propose donc un m\u00e9lange des \u00eeles, compos\u00e9 de bananes et de noix de coco&#8230; Une petite recette toute simple et exotique&#8230; Voici donc la \u00ab\u00a0recette\u00a0\u00bb des bananes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es, crumble coco&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/BANANES-CARAM\u00c9LIS\u00c9ES.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2309\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/BANANES-CARAM\u00c9LIS\u00c9ES.jpg\" alt=\"BANANES CARAM\u00c9LIS\u00c9ES\" width=\"472\" height=\"705\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/BANANES-CARAM\u00c9LIS\u00c9ES.jpg 472w, http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/BANANES-CARAM\u00c9LIS\u00c9ES-201x300.jpg 201w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 472px) 100vw, 472px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS :<\/h1>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour les bananes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es<\/span> :<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>4 bananes<\/li>\n<li>75 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>De la glace \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/li>\n<li>Un chalumeau de cuisine (ou pas d&rsquo;ailleurs&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour le crumble<\/span> :<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>150 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>40 g de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>75 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>80 de beurre doux ramolli (20 s au micro-ondes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temp\u00e9rature<\/span> :<\/strong><\/span> 180\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Temps de cuisson<\/span> : <\/strong><\/span>10-15 min<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantit\u00e9<\/span> : <\/strong><\/span>4 pers.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">jfjdgfjd<\/span><\/h4>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">RECETTE :<\/h1>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 15px;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (pas de chaleur\u00a0tournante).<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer le crumble.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la farine, le sucre en poudre, la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et le beurre.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer, avec les doigts, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une consistance granuleuse&#8230; Il faut obtenir des miettes.<\/li>\n<li>Recouvrir une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie de papier sulfuris\u00e9, et verser dessus la p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble. La r\u00e9partir sur la surface de la plaque.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser dorer pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps. Le crumble doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement color\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois cuit, le laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer les bananes. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de les caram\u00e9liser \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute.<\/li>\n<li>Couper les bananes en deux, dans le sens de la longueur.<\/li>\n<li>Telle une cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, parsemer le dessus de chaque demie-banane de sucre en poudre.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une chalumeau de cuisine (ou de celui de l&rsquo;\u00e9tabli de monsieur), br\u00fbler le sucre afin de le caram\u00e9liser.
