C\u2019est sur le site de <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/liliebakery.fr\/panna-cotta-aux-deux-chocolats\/\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca; text-decoration: underline;\">Lilie BAKERY<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span> (oui Lilie, encore une, mais ton site est tellement gourmand!! \ud83d\ude09 ), que j\u2019ai piqu\u00e9 cette recette, qui allie le bong go\u00fbt de chocolat, \u00e0 la douceur de la panacotta&#8230; Un petit dessert comme on les aime : simple, mais qui fait son effet!! \u00c0 vous de l\u2019agr\u00e9menter selon vos envies : \u00e9clats de noisettes, pralin\u00e9, perles de chocolat, vermicelles en chocolat&#8230; Pour ma part, j\u2019avais mis une couche \u00e9paisse de ganache au chocolat sur le dessus, soit 1 cm environ (mais je suis une grande grande fan de chocolat&#8230;)&#8230; Cyrille m\u2019a dit que pour lui, la moiti\u00e9 aurait suffit&#8230; Les go\u00fbts et les couleurs&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/PANACOTTA-AU-CHOCOLAT.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2350\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/PANACOTTA-AU-CHOCOLAT.jpg\" alt=\"PANACOTTA AU CHOCOLAT\" width=\"471\" height=\"706\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/PANACOTTA-AU-CHOCOLAT.jpg 471w, http:\/\/www.moi-gourmande-oui-et-alors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/PANACOTTA-AU-CHOCOLAT-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 471px) 100vw, 471px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS :<\/h1>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la panacotta<\/span>\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>100 g de chocolat au lait p\u00e2tissier<\/li>\n<li>50 cl de cr\u00e8me Fleurette<\/li>\n<li>20 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>2 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pour la ganache<\/span>\u00a0:<\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>90 g de chocolat noir<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de cr\u00e8me Fleurette<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ef94ca;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Quantit\u00e9<\/span>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a06 verrines<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">gygygygugug<\/span><\/h4>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">RECETTE :<\/h1>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dans un r\u00e9cipient remplis d\u2019eau froide, faire ramollir les feuilles de g\u00e9latine.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, plac\u00e9e sur feu moyen, faire fondre le chocolat au lait avec la cr\u00e8me et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une cr\u00e8me homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter, hors du feu, la g\u00e9latine essor\u00e9e et m\u00e9langer pour bien l\u2019incorporer.<\/li>\n<li>Passer la cr\u00e8me au chocolat au chinois pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr d\u2019avoir une cr\u00e8me bien lisse.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir la cr\u00e8me au chocolat dans des verrines.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 3 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s 2h30, pr\u00e9parer la ganache chocolat.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, plac\u00e9e sur feu moyen, faire fondre le chocolat noir avec la cr\u00e8me.
